养猪场废水处理工程实例介绍

临沂市某养猪场是一家集养殖繁育、饲料研发生产、农产品加工为一体的民营企业，养猪存栏数2,000头。排放的废水主要来自猪的粪便、尿液。因此，去除高浓度SS污染也是养猪废水处理一个很重要的难点。在调研分析国内同类工程并通过中试的基础上，最终确定采用预处理-UASB-缺氧-多级生物接触氧化为主的处理工艺，工程施工安装完成后，经过4个月的调试，出水水质优于设计标准，沼气稳定回收利用。

主要构筑物参数

1）调理配粪池

主要是将粪同水混合，停留时间18h，1座，出水提升入微滤机。

2）调节池

贮存微滤机来水，调节水量、均衡水质。停留时间12h，1座。

3）UASB反应池
利用厌氧微生物处理去除废水中的有机污染物， COD容积负荷2.86 kgCOD/m3·d，中温硝化，1座。

4）缺氧池

解决UASB厌氧后污泥沉淀以及水质的性能转化，停留时间6h，1座。

沼气来源于处理工艺的厌氧段，为废水处理工程的副产品。沼气产气率0.35 m3/kg.COD，总产气量112m3/d。经过脱水脱硫等处置后，设置35 Kw·h沼气发电机组一台，用于养殖场工作区、猪舍照明。

工程经济分析

工程总投资87.56万元，处理1m3废水运行成本1.23元。沼气回收用于发电， 1m3沼气发电1.85kWh,每天发电207.20kWh，每度电计0.55元，沼气收益113.96元/天。
