废水来源及水质

某乳制品加工企业， 生产能力为1.8125×108t/a，该企业一期工程排放的废水主要来自于设备和管道的清洗废水、车间冲洗废水以及水处理车间反冲洗废水和员工生活污水等。处理出水执行国家《污水综合排放标准》（GB8978—1996）一级标准。工程设计规模为500m?/d。

水解酸化池

利用水解和产酸微生物，将水中的固体、大分子和不易生物降解的有机物降解为易于生物降解的有机物，提高污水可生化性，使废水在后续生物处理单元能以较少的能耗得到高效处理，水解酸化池出水COD值可降至1750mg/L左右，去除率达到约50%。

曝气生物滤池

曝气生物滤池净化能力强，占地面积小，耐冲击负荷能力强。曝气生物滤池自身具有截留原污水中悬浮物与脱落生物固体的功能，出水中悬浮固体很少，不需设沉淀池，可节省占地面积，并简化处理流程。由于曝气生物滤池无需污泥回流，也无污泥膨胀，采用粒状填料，大量的微生物生长于调料内部和表面，微生物不会流失。

池内可保持大量的的生物量，再由于截留作用，污水处理效果良好，即使间断运行，系统也可以在短时间内回复正常运行。废水经曝气生物滤池的二级好氧生物处理后，出水水质：COD为30~45mg/L，BOD5为5~8mg/L，SS为4~6mg/L，pH为6.18~8.15，最终可达标排放。
