废水来源及水质
某乳制品加工企业, 生产能力为1.8125×108t/a,该企业一期工程排放的废水主要来自于设备和管道的清洗废水、车间冲洗废水以及水处理车间反冲洗废水和员工生活污水等。处理出水执行国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996)一级标准。工程设计规模为500m?/d。
水解酸化池
利用水解和产酸微生物,将水中的固体、大分子和不易生物降解的有机物降解为易于生物降解的有机物,提高污水可生化性,使废水在后续生物处理单元能以较少的能耗得到高效处理,水解酸化池出水COD值可降至1750mg/L左右,去除率达到约50%。
曝气生物滤池
曝气生物滤池净化能力强,占地面积小,耐冲击负荷能力强。曝气生物滤池自身具有截留原污水中悬浮物与脱落生物固体的功能,出水中悬浮固体很少,不需设沉淀池,可节省占地面积,并简化处理流程。由于曝气生物滤池无需污泥回流,也无污泥膨胀,采用粒状填料,大量的微生物生长于调料内部和表面,微生物不会流失。
池内可保持大量的的生物量,再由于截留作用,污水处理效果良好,即使间断运行,系统也可以在短时间内回复正常运行。废水经曝气生物滤池的二级好氧生物处理后,出水水质:COD为30~45mg/L,BOD5为5~8mg/L,SS为4~6mg/L,pH为6.18~8.15,最终可达标排放。
