制药厂废水主要是各类药品生产过程中产生的高浓度有机废水。水质见下表:

1调节池
调节池主要用于调节水质和水质的不均匀性。调整时间为8h设计依据
2反应池
在反应池,采用6格穿孔旋流反应,和孔隙流速降低为0.15m/s 1.0m/s,反应时间为20min左右。
3沉淀池
采用斜板沉淀池。斜板间距为80mm,表面负荷2.1m /(M和H)。
4水解酸化池
水解酸化技术主要用于使苯环类物质和大分子有机物的难降解降解,使其开放、链断裂,成为可生物降解的小分子。它可以提高废水的可生化性,有利于后续好氧生物降解。该项目的水解酸化时间为15h,和弹性填料和水下曝气装置,池中设置。
工程运行效果
通过三个多月的效果和监测,处理***,运转稳定。其中在混合沉淀工艺中实际COD去除率为40%~50%,BOD5去除率为30%~50%。SS去除率为60%~70%;在水解酸化工艺中,COD去除率为25%~35%,BOD5去除率为20%~25%.
