污水处理工艺分析
小区污水处理设备是埋藏在地表以下。设备表面可以绿化。不需要建筑物、暖气和热处理。下设备5T/H可采用玻璃钢或A3钢板。采用曝气2,两级生物接触氧化工艺,活性污泥,体积小,对水质适应性好,水质稳定,不产生污泥膨胀。
沉淀池是接触氧化槽的支撑设施,用来分离污泥和混合物。该方案采用四斗沉淀池。选用四桶沉淀池可减少空间高度,便于排泥。沉淀池的表面负荷为0.8 m2 h,沉淀时间为2小时。通过污泥泵或真空吸粪车提取污泥中的污泥斗的沉积,为污泥回流调节池的一部分,其他排到浓缩污泥消化池。沉淀池排出的污水流入消毒池。设计参数:沉淀池:1号;停留时间2h;钢。
