济宁天通污水处理设备工艺详解：

（1） 格  栅：用于***后续管路的畅通，拦截污水中的颗粒和纤维状的物质。所拦截的栅渣期由人工清除。格栅采用粗细两道，置于调节池进水口。

（2）污水调节池：用于调节水量和均匀水质，使污水能比较均匀进入后续处理单元。污水池内设置潜污泵，用以将污水提升送至后续处理单元。

（3）一体化设备：作用：生化过程，利用微生物去除污水中的有机物。采用厌氧反应池，在厌氧条件下回流污泥与进水充分混合，聚磷菌在此释放磷并同时吸收环境中的低分子酸，以PHB的形式储存起来，在好氧环境中，聚磷菌大量吸收磷，达到除磷的目的。采用生物接触氧化池，池内高的溶解氧和优良的生物菌群与有机污染物接触反应，为有机污染物的降除，氨氮的氧化和磷的吸收去除创造了最适应环境，提高了有机污染物及氨氮、磷的去除效率。二沉池主要为满足接触反应池随水流出的脱落生物膜，游离菌胶团，有机杂质等的沉降，为达到满意的沉降效果，采用设计合理的表面负荷，沉降速度，污泥斗倾角，避免死角，缩短污泥在池内停留时间，***澄清效果和泥水分离效果。

（4）过滤罐：污水经集水池泵入过滤罐，通过过滤罐内活性炭的过滤、吸附作用进一步去除水中的污染物。

（5）消毒装置：消毒方式采用接触式二氧化氯消毒，***杀灭各种病菌。

（6）污泥消化池：生化后所沉淀剩余污泥在池中进行好氧消化稳定处理，以减少污泥的体积和提高污泥的稳定性。好氧消化后的污泥量较少，定期联系由环卫部门抽泥车清除外运或进行污泥脱水处理外运。上清液采用上清液回流至调节池。

它具有较高的生物浓度和较高的有机负荷。曝气生物滤池采用粗糙和多孔球形过滤器，提供微生物生长的良好环境，容易成膜，运行稳定，可以保持在过滤材料和过滤材料表面的微生物生物量，单位体积远大于活性污泥法中的微生物数量（10 ~ 15g／L），高生物量浓度的曝气生物滤池的负荷增大，减少了池体积和面积、大建设成本较低的。
