根据《中华人民共和国水污染***法》规定，医疗机构污水及污水处理站产生的废气和污泥的污染物的排放量标准GB3544-92。经核实，山西长治某县医院污水排放量达到2.8吨，达到污水量排放量的1.93%，遵守国家对环境保护、生活污水治理的制定的法规、标准及规范，服从项目的总体规划，执行各种相关的标准和规定，济宁天通公司为山西长治某县医院提供水处理方案。
济宁天通公司根据医院污水处理规划要求，拟建的污水处理站规模为5m3/h。

污水处理工艺的选择
生活污水溶解性CODcr与BOD5均较高，BOD:COD的比值>0.4，宜采用生化处理工艺。生化处理工艺具有以下优点：
处理效***；
运行费用低；
产泥量少，不产生二次污染。
生化处理工艺主要有厌氧处理工艺、水解酸化工艺和好氧处理工艺。
污水处理工艺
通过生物处理以后，污水中的有机物得到基本去除，水质变得较为清澈透亮，但微生物新陈代谢过程中会脱落一定泥龄老化的微生物膜，致使水质变黄，故在设计上，我公司在沉淀后设置双级过滤以***出水效果。此工艺能耗小，除在水解池前设置的污水提升泵和曝气鼓风机外，基本上没有能量消耗。此工艺技术***，运行成本低，具有节能，减少运行时间，减少人员班次和劳动强度等优点，适合于生活污水处理。
工艺流程简述
生活污水流出后，经过粗细两道格栅，滤出随生活污水排出的塑料袋 纸屑等大颗粒物质后，进入调节池，调节池的主要作用是对污水的水质和水量进行调节均化，使后续的工艺免受其冲击负荷，出水经污水泵打入厌氧水解池。通过控制水解池的停留时间，使发生在水解和酸化阶段，将大分子的难降解的有机物水解为小分子的有机物，提高污水处理效率。生物接触氧化池里面填有组合型填料，大部分的污染物质在生物接触氧化池内得到去除，其后接斜管沉淀池，斜管沉淀池污泥回流泵回流至水解酸化池，进行脱氮除磷，斜管沉淀底部为斜斗装置，污泥定期外排。斜管沉淀池采用浅层理论，出水清澈。可达到排放标准
