常德天通生活水处理设备定制***

从本工程废水特征来看，有机污染物含量较高，生化性比较差，pH值变化大，并且色度比较高。废水中含有染料、浆料、助剂、油剂、酸碱、纤维杂质、砂类物质等。针对于废水的特点，根据《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准(GB4287-92)》标准，济宁天通公司预处理主要有清水池、鼓风机房、污泥浓缩池和污泥脱水机房、加药间，药品库房等单元，预处理主要是为了去除悬浮物及可直接沉降的杂质，调整pH值，调节废水水质及水量等，确保后续生物处理系统的处理效率。

清水池 

清水池是地下密闭式钢筋混凝土结构，与调节池、中间水池和泵房合建。尺寸12.0m×15.0m×5.5m。清水池中设有液位控制器。

鼓风机房 

鼓风机房尺寸24.0m×6.5m×6.0m，内设5台C40离心鼓风机（3用2备）供氧化池曝气和中和池搅拌，4台SSR100三叶罗茨鼓风机（2用2备）供曝气生物滤池曝气和反洗，2台SSR150型三叶罗茨鼓风机（1用1备）供调节池预曝气和搅拌。

污泥浓缩池和污泥脱水机房 

污泥浓缩池为圆形地下敞口钢筋混凝土结构，直径12m，污泥浓缩时间18h。污泥浓缩后其含水率约为97.5%。浓缩后的污泥泵送至带式压滤机脱水，脱水后的污泥含水率80%可装袋外运。脱水机房尺寸10.8m×6.0m，选用DYQ1500型带式污泥脱水机1台（1.5kW）。配套设施有40~200增压清洗泵1台4kW、20~160加药泵1台0.75kW、溶药罐1个1.5kW、V0.3/7空压机1台3kW、絮凝罐1个、TD75-500皮带输送机1台1.5kW。

加药间

加药间紧邻脱水机房与脱水机房合建。建筑面积64.8㎡，内设加药罐24个，其中一期12个、二期12个。一期使用的化学药剂分别是硫酸亚铁（药剂罐4个）、硫酸（药剂罐2个）、脱色剂（药剂罐2个）、尿素（药剂罐2个）、絮凝剂（药剂罐2个）。

药品库房 

药品库房建筑面积64.8㎡，内设排水沟、洗手池和换气排气扇。
